Kathy has been associated with Alain Pinel for the past eleven years. She is a member of the President's Club for sales volume.  Previously Kathy was associated with Coldwell Banker for 21 years, formally Cornish & Carey, specializing exclusively in Residential Sales in Santa Clara County, she has also been distinguished as a member of Coldwell Banker’s Gold Circle and Silver Society for outstanding sales productivity.

Her previous job background includes working for the Walt Disney Corp. as one of the first VIP Tour Guides for Disneyland in Anaheim, California, before and during her college years. She has also been associated with the retail industry for 15 years as a corporate buyer for major department stores including: JW Robinson’s, Los Angeles; Meier and Frank, Portland, Oregon; and Bullock’s North, Northern California. She purchased for, managed and maintained 5 to 6 million dollar per year volume departments, including day to day operations, sales, & inventory. She also owned and managed Dry Designs, a company which sold and installed fresh and silk floral displays for Silicon Valley companies.

Kathy was born and raised in Orange County, California, and has been married to Larry Stovall for 36 years. They have one son, Matthew, who is currently working for a company up the peninsula. She and Larry are the grandparents of Alex and Madeleine, ages fourteen and eleven, children of her stepdaughter, Lisa. Some of Kathy’s hobbies include collecting antiques, pursuing family genealogy, and producing a very successful Community Concert series at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Saratoga.

Kathy has received the Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from the University of Southern California. She was also affiliated with the Kappa Delta Sorority during her collage years.

Kathy is dedicated to helping her clients buy or sell a home at the best possible price that the market will support. She is successful enough that she doesn’t “need” any transactions; therefore she can put her clients needs ahead of her own needs. She works with both buyers and sellers so she is completely in touch with both sides of the market. Her reputation is excellent, other agents and other companies enjoy doing business with Kathy because they know she is knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. Kathy is a full time agent; her working environment includes a cell phone, email, and a personal real estate web site.  She is in full sync with the pace of busy executives of Silicon Valley. Kathy always gives her clients personal attention from the very beginning of a transaction, all the way to the close of the escrow. She provides her clients with all the information they need to make the best decision when buying or selling a home. She prides herself on giving her clients the service they deserve and more.

Mission Statement

I will provide the best service possible for every client who I represent. I will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality. I will never enter into a client relationship where I know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith. I will never enter into a relationship with a buyer or seller who is unrealistic concerning the price on a property. I will always make recommendations that will assist a buyer or seller in making an evaluation of a property’s condition as well as determining it’s fair market value at that time. I acknowledge that I may periodically lose business because I am truthful to my clients, although my competitors will tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business. I will always remember that to have a winning relationship with my clients, we must always have a mutual goal.

I will never lose sight that my honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability, creativity, and dedication which are what make me so very different from the real estate masses. I will always promote the best interest of the client, I will obtain the best price for the client, and I will always disclose to the client all facts that might affect or influence their decisions.
