Kathy has been associated with ALAIN PINEL REALTORS in the Saratoga office for the past ten years. Prior to that, she was affiliated with Coldwell Banker & Cornish & Carey in Saratoga. Specializing exclusively in Residential Sales in Santa Clara County, at Alain Pinel she is a member of the President’s Club for sales achievement. Almost all of Kathy’s business is referrals from past clients and business contacts. She services a broad geographical area of the South Peninsula. The transactions she has managed also cover a wide range of property types from single family homes to trust sales, to income property.
Background
Her previous job background includes working for the Walt Disney Corp. as one of the first VIP Tour Guides for Disneyland in Anaheim, California, before and during her college years. Prior to entering real estate, she was also associated with the retail industry for 15 years as a corporate buyer for major department stores including: JW Robinson’s, Los Angeles; Meier and Frank, Portland, Oregon; and Bullock’s North, Northern California. She purchased for, managed and maintained three to five million dollar per year volume departments, including day-to-day operations, sales, and inventory. She also owned and managed Dry Designs, a company that sold and installed fresh and silk floral displays for Silicon Valley companies.
Personal History
Kathy was born and raised in Orange County, California, and has been married to Larry Stovall for 35 years. They have one son, Matthew, who is currently working for a company in San Francisco. She and Larry are the grandparents of Alex and Madeleine, ages 12 and 15, children of her stepdaughter, Lisa. Some of Kathy’s hobbies include collecting antiques, pursuing family genealogy, designing jewelry, and singing in the choir at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Saratoga. Currently she also produces the Immanuel Lutheran Community Concert Series which provides musical entertainment for the local area. There are two concerts per year and the proceeds benefit the Church’s general budget.
Education
Kathy has received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from the University of Southern California. She was also affiliated with the Kappa Delta Sorority during her collage years.

Kathy is dedicated to helping her clients buy or sell a home at the best possible price that the market will support. She is successful enough that she doesn’t “need” any transactions; therefore she can put her client’s needs ahead of her own. She works with both buyers and sellers so she is completely in touch with both sides of the market. Her reputation is excellent, other agents and other companies enjoy doing business with Kathy because they know she is knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. Kathy is a full time agent. Kathy always gives her clients personal attention from the very beginning of a transaction, till a successful close of the escrow.
